Central America Coffees are some of the best in the world. From southern Mexico to Panama the mountainous climate and rich volcanic soil creates almost the perfect growing climate. So many varietals and tastes exist with in each of the Central American countries.
The coffees from Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador coffees allow a great deal of flexibility for the roaster to bring out different flavors depending on the roast level. Light roasted Central American coffees can bring a lighter body with a fruity and sugary sweetness while darker roasts can be more smoky with a dark chocolate bitter sweetness.
